Q: What areas do you cover?

We provide our services from Heathrow Airport to all U.K  Airports, Cruise Ports, Cities and all Areas of London. So basically our service is to any destination in U.K.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Yes, All prices are per car.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

Our Saloon car can take up to 2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage, Estate car can take up to 4 suitcases and 4 hand luggage whereas MPV can take additional luggage depending up on the number of passengers.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email about your booking.

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

We will let you know about the pick up point by email. Your driver will come along with your name sign in front of designated pick up point. He will try to call you on the mobile number provided in your booking. However if you cannot locate the driver then you will have to call our 24/7 contact number mentioned our website.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

All Cancellations are subject to a £12.00 cancellation charge or 20% of the fare whichever is higher. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

We will monitor your flight for any delays.Therefore there will be no Extra charge in case your flight is delayed.

Q: What if I miss my flight?
  •  We shall not be deemed responsible if the passenger does not reach his/her destination or if the flight is missed for the following reasons:
  • Act of nature, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, War or threat of War, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
  • Acts, restrictions, regulations, bylaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority.
  • Traffic accidents, traffic hold ups, traffic congestion, diversions, Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the service provider or of a third party)
  • Flight delays and / or flight cancellations.
  • Power failure or breakdown in the machinery including computer and email systems, networks and our website or booking system.
Q: What does the price include?

All of our prices from Airport are fixed. There is no extra charge for Airport parking and Meet and Greet Service. 

Q: How early do I need to book?

If you want to make an online booking then you will have to book within 8 hours of start of your journey. However if you want to book an urgent transfer then you will have to all us on our 24/7 landline number mentioned on our website. We are also able to provide the Airport Transfer on short notice of around 30 minutes approximately.

Q: Are there any extra Charges to travel to Central London Congestion Charging Zone ?
  • The London congestion charge is a fee charged on most motor vehicles operating within the Congestion Charge Zone (CCZ). All journeys involving London Congestion charging zones incur congestion charge of £12.
